70/30 SPLIT OF TECH CARDS AND SPONSOR MONEY WHERE APPLICABLE

All the Civil Wars classes qualify on Saturday and possibly one round of eliminations, and finish all Civil Wars classes on Sunday.

Anyone can test on any testing day as long as they are in either Battle of the Thrones or Civil Wars
